Pre/Post Natal Workshop

For all mommas-to-be and new mommies. Yoga is a great way to maintain a healthy body and mind during pregnancy. It can help with discomfort throughout your pregnancy, build confidence, navigate breathing techniques as well as help you through the birth and post delivery stages. We will go over modifications, as well as alternative moves you can practice throughout your entire pregnancy continuing to increase strength, flexibility and confidence.

Workshop will include a gentle guided flow followed by a discussion and use of essential oils, teas and relaxation techniques for pregnancy, birth and beyond. Light snacks will also be provided.

Join Terrish Bilbrey & Raquel Pappas for this journey curated to heighten your awareness, restore your energetic balance and rejuvenate your state of being on a cellular level. We're confident you'll leave feeling electric and radiant.

This two-hour class candle-lit classis open to all levels of asana and meditation experience. Raquel & Terrish will lead a 90 minute asana class to prepare the body for sound meditation. The latter 30 minutes will feature a soothing and meditative sound bath. Crystal singing bowls, which correlate with the chakra

Laced with trap music, a heavy beat-based genre of rap originating from the South, Trap Vinyasa™ is a high-energy yoga fitness class combining dynamic asana with sensual dance, boxing and more. Designed to help you release body dysmorphia while discovering self acceptance, this class features our signature Series I sequence and discussion about the storytelling power of hip hop. Here you'll find a platform that empowers you to rewrite the story you’ve been told about your body. Pull up, practice and vibe with us!

The sanskrit word Surya means sun and Series II of the Trap Vinyasa™ collection is all about accessing the sun or heat of the belly through dynamic breath work, core exercises, yoga and dance. The core houses the 3rd chakra located between the solar plexus and the navel, and known as Manipura or the jewel in the city it’s here that our expression of will, personal power and identity are held. As a result, in order to access our confidence and self worth we need to activate the 3rd chakra.

Friday December 7th : Series III: Bhakti Kickboxing©

Kickboxing blends martial arts with boxing to create a spirited cardiovascular workout. Series III utilizes kickboxing basics, yoga and dance to create a high-powered yoga fitness class. Empowerment is key here as we reinforce our presence and honor how we take up space as living souls having human experiences. More specifically, Series III is a devotional class, giving honor to the sovereign Spirit within.

Friday, January 4th : Series IV: Hatha + HIIT©

HIIT or high intensity interval training mixes short, high-intensity exercises with slower, recovery movements to increase the bodies metabolic rate and optimize its fat burning abilities. The most vigorous of the Trap Vinyasa™ collection,    Series IV calls you up physically and emotionally to a higher state of self acceptance. Hatha-based yoga asana offers moments of rest in each pose and complement the HIIT movements. These periods are woven into the class and act as recovery periods, mimicking the ebb and flow of life.
